Booking Conditions To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount will be required. This payment secures your booking and allows us to block your motorbike for the requested dates. The balance is to be paid upon collection of your vehicle in Laos.

Information on Legal Structure In accordance with Lao regulations on foreign investments, our company Laos Évasion is incorporated under local law with a majority Lao shareholding of 51%, as required by current legislation. Although the company is managed by a French director, official legal representation with the Lao authorities is ensured by our statutory local partner. As a result, when making bank transfers, the account holder’s name may correspond to that of our Lao legal representative and not to the corporate name “Laos Évasion”. This arrangement fully complies with the local legal framework and guarantees strict adherence to Lao regulations. We thank you for your understanding regarding this administrative particularity, which allows us to operate legally in Laos while providing you with the quality of service you expect from French standards.
